Great building with quiet, respectful neighbors. Building was built in 2015 and I have been the only tenant in the unit. Everything is in great condition. The central A/C is AMAZING - do you like it subzero? Well, you can have it subzero - this thing PUMPS. Great water pressure. Appliances are stainless steel. Balcony is large enough for a mid-size bbq and patio set. Den is large enough for a small bedroom or a big home office/study. Only reason I'm subletting is because I am moving to Calgary; otherwise, I'd stay in this unit.
